Usage
When inserting statutory text into an outline, precede it with the template call: {{Clause|title|, substituting "title" with the name of the clause. Follow with the statutory text. After the text, insert a double closing bracket ("}}") to close the box.
For example:
{{Clause|Clause 1 Composition|The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.
