Clarence Thomas is a United States Supreme Court justice. He is known for his conservative stances.
Thomas issued an opinion that there is no constitutional right to abortion in June 2022 in the Dobbs v. Jackson case. Furthermore, he encouraged justices “should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell.”[1]
