Jeffrey Manns is a law professor at The George Washington University Law School and Professor of Finance in the George Washington University School of Business. His teaching and research interests focus on securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. Subjects taught by Jeffrey Manns include Property, Securities Regulation, and Banking Law. Professor Manns formerly served for four years as the Faculty Director for the Center for Law, Economics, and Finance during which he worked on a multi-million dollar fundraising campaign, developed an entrepreneurship initiative, and expanded the Business and Finance Law LLM program.

Jeffrey Manns graduated from Yale University and earned a doctorate from Oxford University, which he attended as a Rhodes Scholar.
