Administrators have access to technical features that help with maintenance, such as protecting pages, deleting pages, undeleting pages, blocking IP addresses, unblocking IP addresses, reverting pages, and modifying the interface and layout of all pages. Bureaucrats can turn other users into administrators or change usernames.
