Template:MPEP Section

This template is used to both categorize the MPEP Section Outlines and navigate each MPEP section.
Usage: add this template at the top of an MPEP Chapter Outline by inserting
"{{MPEP Section|prev|up|next}}" where
prev = previous section number (i.e., "706")
up = MPEP Chapter Number (i.e., "700")
next = next section number (i.e., "708")
leave blank if no next or previous section.
example (if you are adding this template to MPEP 701):
"{{MPEP Section||700|702}}"
