The text that was recently deleted from this page was "Professor Hoeffel is a great teacher. But see http://caselaw.findlaw.com/dc-court-of-appeals/1454384.html. And the current rumors in NOLA. Ugly."
While the contributor's opinion that "Professor Hoeffel is a great teacher" would be useful to potential students if there were additional explication, the limited amount of information is lacking in utility. The case link was deleted because it does not point to any opinion (or any other content).
