Susan Low Bloch is a law professor at Georgetown University Law Center. She joined the faculty at Georgetown in 1982. Subjects taught by Susan Low Bloch include Supreme Court Seminar, Constitutional Law II: Individual Rights and Liberties, and Constitutional Law I: The Federal System.

Susan Low Bloch graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

Professor Bloch testified during the Bill Clinton impeachment proceedings before the House Judiciary Committee.[1] There, she was asked: "What is an impeachable offense?" Her answer was that "The Constitution is quite simple. It says the president or other officers shall be impeached for treason, bribery, or other high crimes or misdemeanors, misdemeanors does not something like jaywalking. they are serious abuses of office, it doesn't get much worse than treason."[1]
