Students for Fair Admissions Inc. (SFFA) challenged the racial affirmative action of Harvard University.
Two (2) cases were combined by SCOTUS
- Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College, &
- Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. University of North Carolina.
