Philip N. Meyer is Professor of Law at Vermont Law School. He was a trial lawyer and received an LL.M. from Columbia Law School. Previously, he served as Coordinator of the Lawyering Program at NYU School of Law and Director of the Legal Writing Program at University of Connecticut School of Law. He is also an award winning writer who received an MFA from The University of Iowa Writers' Workshop. He has published fiction and non-fiction and received The Mary Roberts Rinehart Foundation Award in Fiction and the "AZBEE" (American Society of Business Publishers and Editors) "Gold" Award as outstanding national journalist for his articles on legal storytelling and law and popular culture. He writes a regular column on legal storytelling for the American Bar Association Journal. He is the author of "Storytelling For Lawyers" (Oxford University Press 2014) and of numerous law review articles and book chapters on various legal subjects. | |||
