The goals of this manual are:
- to present the universally-accepted uniform system of citation as taught by The Bluebook, A Uniform System of Citation and other authoritative manuals
- in a way that is freely accessible to everybody.
Since this manual can be edited by anybody, it is hoped that as customs and standards change, they will be updated here to match.
