Welcome to Wiki Law Schoolthe crowdsourced legal resource

Outlines

Outlines.jpg Our goal is to have legal outlines covering every topic taught in law school, including specific outlines for each professor. Many outlines are currently blank; please help your fellow students fill them in.

Case Briefs

Cases.jpg If a case is important enough to be talked about in any law school course, it should be here.

Law Firms

Firms.jpeg Salary information, prominent firm members, and other interesting information should be included here.

Law Schools

William and Mary College, Williamsburg, Virginia, circa 1902 small.png Wiki Law School has articles describing each law school with information of interest to prospective, current, and former law students.

Law Professors

Professors.jpg Our law professor directory has pages about law professors.

How to Use this Site

New to Wiki Law School? It is built upon the MediaWiki Wiki Engine, so the mechanics of searching and editing our content are very similar to a large number of other wikis out there on the internet. Here is a primer to get you started:

Searching

For information on the search box functions, please see Wiki Law School:Searching.

Editing/Creating Articles

If you want to learn how to create a new outline or article, please see Help:Starting a new page.

For editing how-to information, please see the editing help page.

We invite you to join in our editing process. Go ahead and find an outline in a topic you enjoy or did well in, and start editing. If you cannot find such an article on the wiki, please feel free to start it from scratch (but please search under similar terms first to determine if an outline for the subject exists under a different title).

Please note: Anybody can create or edit pages, but users that are not logged-in will have their IP address associated with their edits. Logged-in users' edits will be associated with theiranonymous usernames. Please create a (free!) account or log in before you make any edits.

Help Wiki Law School Grow

As the Wiki Law School community grows, we will get better and better! Once we reach a critical mass, each outline will receive more attention from many individuals, which will help all of us. You can help us grow by telling your fellow law students about us. Spread the word!

One thing you can easily do to help us grow is: liking us on Facebook or using the "Share this Page" links--all on the left side bar.
