How to Use this Site

New to Wiki Law School? It is built upon the MediaWiki Wiki Engine, so the mechanics of searching and editing our content are very similar to a large number of other wikis out there on the Internet. Here is a primer to get you started:

Searching

For information on the search box functions, please see Help:Searching.

Editing/Creating Articles

If you want to learn how to create a new outline or article, please see Help:Starting a new page.

The first rule of wiki-editing is do not be afraid to make mistakes. Be bold and make changes you think are helpful or necessary. Try to stick to the various editing guidelines we have but others can help with that later. There is nothing you can do that can't be undone so spread your wings and fly!

For editing how-to information, please see the editing help page.

We invite you to join in our editing process. Go ahead and find an outline in a topic you enjoy or did well in, and start editing. If you cannot find such an article on the wiki, please feel free to start it from scratch (but also consider searching under similar terms first to determine if an outline for the subject exists under a different title).

Please note: Anybody can create or edit pages, but users that are not logged-in will have their IP address associated with their edits. Logged-in users' edits will be associated with their anonymous usernames. Please create an account or log in before you make any edits.
