Kenneth A. Blanco is an adjunct law professor at Georgetown University Law Center. On Nov. 8, 2017, the U.S. Department of the Treasury introduced Mr. Blanco as the new Director of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). FinCEN is a bureau in the Treasury's Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence (TFI). Mr. Blanco was previously the Acting Assistant Attorney General of the Criminal Division at the United States Department of Justice.
