This is the "Text-Specific Case Brief" form. It is for case briefs that are directed to excerpts of cases from a the specific casebook. General case briefs should use the Case Brief form.


To create a case brief with this form, enter the page name below. The page name should be how one would name the case in a citation following uniform citation rules (e.g. abbreviate terms, use proper spacing, etc.) followed by a slash ("/") and then the last name of the first listed author of the casebook .

If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.
