The Civil Rights Act of 1964 has several titles.

Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 became the lynchpin of the Katzenbach v. McClung decision in which a private restaurant owner didn't want to serve black patrons.

Title VII (7) deals with workplace rights.
