The '''City University of New York School of Law''' is a [[Professional degree|professional school]] operated by [[CUNY]] at [[Queens College, New York |Queens College]] in [[Flushing, Queens|Flushing]], [[Queens, New York]]. CUNY School of Law's child care center was the first one in legal education in the United States. 

The clinical program of the school was ranked #5 by [[US News]] in [[2005]]. The school is ranked overall as a 4th-tier law school by [http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/grad/rankings/law/brief/lawrank_tier4_brief.php US News] in [[2007]].

==Dean==
Michelle J. Anderson, newly appointed Dean of the Law School and Professor (2006), is a [[Yale Law School]] graduate.  Her previous position was as a member of the faculty of Villanova University School of Law from 1998 to 2006, where she taught criminal law, criminal procedure, children and the law, and feminist legal theory.  Dean Anderson is an honors graduate of the [[University of California, Santa Cruz]], where she earned a B.A. degree in Community Studies in 1989 and the Chancellor's Award for outstanding academic achievement.
